All Right Heating & Cooling, LLC guarantees that when the equipment we have sized and installed is maintained & operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We promise a maintained indoor temperature of 75 degrees. In the Summer when its 95 degrees outside or when its 0 degrees in the Winter. If the design temperatures are not achieved, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you for a period of 5 years.
